We mostly anchor at spots, where those, who want to sail in flat water conditions can do so, but where the waves are just a few meters away so that the wavesailors will have their fun as well. There's no shorebreak, there are no rocks, no sea urchins, there's no annoying sand, no trouble with the wrong equipment and last but not least no wind disturbance.
